An Information Ethics Framework Based on ICT Platforms

With continuing developments in artificial intelligence (AI) and robot technology, ethical issues related to digital humans, AI avatars, intelligent process automation, robots, cyborgs, autonomous vehicles are emerging, the need for cultural social sustainability through ethics is increasing. Moreover, as use of video conferencing metaverse platforms has increased due COVID-19, concepts boundaries information communications cyber etiquette, ethics, have become more ambiguous. Because definitions domains may be confusing various types computing available, this paper attempts classify these according three main platforms: devices, intermediary platforms, physical devices. This classification provides a conceptual framework that encompasses computer ethics. Several examples provided clarify between platforms. The results study can educational basis society on development technology.
